St. Petersburg Storm Damaged Unit

The contaminated groundwater after a tropical storm flooded the first-floor condo in St. Petersburg. The tile flooring in the bathroom faired well, but the laminated wood planks and walls throughout a large portion of this unit did not. SERVPRO applied structural drying technicians have the skills, experience, and the tools to remove the water and tear up and remove the floor and drywall leaving the framing intact. After the air movers and dehumidifiers have done their job, the entire affected area is fogged with antifungal and antimicrobial chemicals to sanitize and also to deodorize the exposed interior.
